Refundable Content in Wild Rift

Making League of Legends: Wild Rift free to play hasn't stopped us from packing it to the Nexus with killer content. Skins and baubles, chromas and poses… Just deciding what to buy can be daunting! What if you pick something you don't even end up using?!

Why, get a refund, of course!

How to Qualify for a Refund

In order to get a refund, the content in question must meet three conditions:

1) Purchased no more than 14 days ago
2) Never used
3) On the list of "Refundable" content below

Steps one and two should be easy enough to figure out on your own! For step three, read on!

  • Recalls
  • Baubles
  • Emotes
  • Sent/received gifts
  • Self/Team Boosts
  • Earned content
  • Chest/bundle content
  • Poro Coin content
  • Earned content

Some content cannot be refunded for a variety of reasons. Gifts complicate things with a third party, boosts activate immediately and cannot have that time refunded, the random nature of Chests changes the value of the content upon opening...the list goes on.

Bottom line: if the item you purchased is under Non-Refundable, then we are unable to issue a refund.

How to Get Your Refund

If you meet the three conditions listed above, just CLICK HERE! You'll be just one quick login away from accessing your Purchase History, at which point you'll be able to refund eligible products, easy peasy!

Please note that you will be refunded for the same amount you spent on the original purchase. For example, if you purchase a champion using Blue Motes when they're on sale and decide to return that champion after the sale is over, you'll be refunded the sale value and not the regular purchase price.
