How It Works
When the event starts, you customize your reward pool with items of your choosing. The items you pick can have three levels of rarity (Basic isn't included as it's auto-filled), and have limits on how many rewards you can pick along with how many draws it will take for a guaranteed drop:

You have a chance to obtain Love Confession Mel & Love Confession Jayce from the Tier 1 reward pool.
Odds change naturally as prizes are drawn from the pool.
Once you've claimed all your rewards, you can select a whole new pool of content.
Party Tickets
One draw consumes 10 Party Tickets, and each Party Ticket costs 30 Wild Cores. You can purchase up to 1,200 Party Tickets.
While it's always best to spend your Party Tickets while Heart's Desire Party is live, don't worry if you happen to have some leftover—unused Tickers are automatically disenchanted into 150 Condensed Ores each after the event ends.
