Team Time
To properly join the festivities, you'll need a team.
Each team can have up to 20 members, and it'll take their collective efforts to win Wish Upon a Snowy Winter's many prizes.
Thankfully, there are three easy ways to find a team:
Get Invited
If your friend is already on a team, they can invite you to join the fun! Just be sure to accept as soon as you can, because if the team fills up before you join, you'll have to find a new crew of holiday buddies.
Create a Team
Whether you're looking to assemble all your friends under one banner or are having trouble finding the right team for you, you always have the option to create your own team.
Team Leaders have a few special abilities. They can make a team invite-only or open (anybody can join!), and even remove other players. Just be sure to use your power for good!
Quick Match
If you just want to jump right into things, the Quick Match feature will do its best to put you on a team that seems like a good fit.
Leaving a Team
If a team just isn't working out the way you wanted, no worries—you can leave whenever you like and look for some new friends. You'll even get any unclaimed prizes you had waiting for you. If you decide to come back, no problem! Just know that you won't be able to claim any of the prizes you'd already unlocked the first time around.
Also, try not to make leaving teams too much of a habit, as you'll have to wait longer to leave each time.
If a Team Leader leaves their team, then leadership passes to another player in the team. If there are no other players left, then the team is disbanded.
Earning Gifts
You earn 1 Wish Energy each time you play a matchmade game like Normal PvP, Ranked, ARAM, Co-Op vs AI or special game modes like URF, All Random URF, One For All, etc.
Your Wish Energy goes towards unlocking Wish Orbs that contain a variety of random and exclusive prizes. But you won't be able to unlock them on your own, because there's a Personal Limit on how much Wish Energy you can contribute to any given Orb.
You'll have to unlock these Orbs in order, so start playing to start winning!

Orbs contain a variety of content, including a guaranteed exclusive bauble and icon and plenty of Keys of Ingenuity. There are also several items that may drop purely by chance, like Orange Gemstones and even a random skin chest. The only way to see what's in store for you is to open them!
