Mobile Troubleshooting
Whether you're having trouble installing/updating Riot Mobile or the app is laggy, freezing, or crashing, we have a set of recommended actions that should get things back in order:
Log-In Issues
If your problem seems to be account-related, try relogging and confirm you're using the right password. If that doesn't work, submit a ticket using the button at the bottom of this page and we'll see what we can do.
Note that if your Riot Account has been permanently suspended, this will also prevent you from logging into Riot Mobile on that account.
Pulling Logs
Whether an agent has directed you to get logs for troubleshooting or you want to get to the root of the problem yourself, the process is pretty straightforward:
Report a Bug
Find a bug? We'd love to hear about it:
- Tap Profile in the bottom right
- Tap Settings in the top right
- Select Help & Feedback ⇒ I have a suggestion
- Select a rating for the app (optional)
- Tap on the menu under Feature Category to select what the feedback is provided for
- Enter the details of the bug and hit Submit
