How It Works
In Legacy of the East, you use Paintbrushes to get random prizes from one of two pools of rewards. Before testing your luck, pick which prize pool of skins you'd like to draw from: skins from the new Calligraphia line, or previously released skins. If you're not sure, don't worry—you can change your preferred prize at any point.
You can spend Paintbrushes 1 or 5 at a time, and reaching certain draw milestones will also guarantee rewards, which you can check out on the in-game event page.
Individual Paintbrushes can be purchased for 400 Wild Cores for the duration of the event, but just be sure to use them before May 13th @ 23:59 UTC. Any leftover Paintbrushes you don't spend after that point will automagically turn into 10 Poro Energy each.
Rewards
Each time you use a Paintbrush (or Paintbrushes if you go for a 5-draw), you have a chance to get rewards from three tiers:
- Grand (Skins)
- Premium (High-value chests)
- Other (Ordinary chests and Jade, which can be exchanged for prizes in the Redemption Store)
You can see the initial drop-rates for all rewards prior to drawing, but just know these odds are static and will not change to reflect your new odds should you already own some of the content.
The only exception to these drop-rates is your first 5-draw, which will have a guaranteed Grand or Premium reward.
Redemption Store
The free random loot you get in draws includes Jade, which can be used at the Redemption Store to get specific content. Some items can only be redeemed once (like skins), while others have a set limit or no limit at all.
Any leftover Jade you don't spend by May 20th @ 23:59 UTC will automagically turn into 5 Poro Energy each.
