Main Missions
These missions are open to all, regardless of your…ah…pungence. You'll only be able to make progress on one mission at a time in the order below, so make note of your objectives before you start a match!
Finally, these missions can only be accomplished in matchmade game modes like Normal/Ranked PVP, ARAM, and Co-op VS AI. Custom matches and training mode are great for practice, but they won't count towards any objectives.

Twitch Missions
Sewer skewers might be for everybody, but these missions are only available if you own Twitch! Once that box is checked, however, you'll be able to make progress on your latest Twitch mission AND the above missions at the same time. Turns out there are perks to being a Plague Rat!
